Beautiful, thoughtful products - incredible customer service! I purchased a Pushkar yoga mat bag in January after shopping around for a sustainable and ethical option. The bag is of really high quality, strong and sturdy straps, and really cute! I had an issue with a courier claiming my initial order had been delivered when I had not received it. Bagmaya were quick to reply to me upon investigating and didn’t hesitate in sending me a replacement bag to a new delivery address. Really helpful and attentive staff - completely blown away at the service! Couldn’t recommend more, I will definitely a returning customer and will be singing about Bagmaya from the rooftops :-)

I'm really happy with my new bag. It's the best quality bag I've ever had with lots of pockets and really comfortable shoulder straps. It was really important for me for it to be sustainable and I was really impressed by all the things Bagmaya do in order to be as sustainable as possible. I especially like the sustainability booklet they send to you if you put your email in. I also love the way my new bag looks as it was also important to me that I had something that was pretty! 100% would recommend!
