Here at Bagmaya we believe in high-quality from the very beginning of our manufacturing process until the product reaches your home. Because of that, we only use trustworthy, premium shipping methods with tracking so that you can see where your products are at all times.
We’ve chosen the courier DPD not only because of their high reliability, but also because of their commitment towards the planet and the people. Their deliveries are carbon neutral, meaning that they put efforts into minimising their carbon emissions, and they offset the remaining emissions through investments in clean and renewable energy projects. Due to Brexit and new exporting fees to Europe from the UK, we are only able to ship to the UK at the moment. We hope this will change in the near future so that we can go back to shipping to continental Europe.
In the UK we offer a FREE tracked, carbon-neutral next day delivery with DPD. Because DPD collects the parcels from our warehouse Monday-Friday by 1pm, the estimated delivery time will depend on when you place your order:
- Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1pm: you should receive your products the following day.
- Orders placed Monday-Thursday after 1pm: you should receive your products within 2 days.
- Orders placed on Friday after 1pm or during the weekend: you should receive your products on the following Tuesday.
Wrong products delivered
Regardless of how many control measures we put in place, we are all humans and sometimes we make mistakes (though we really try to minimise them). Although it’s very rare, this means that it may be possible that we send you the wrong products.
If you receive the wrong products, please do let us know by just replying to your order email or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide us with your phone number so that we can make arrangements to collect the wrong products from your address. Our courier (DPD) will be directly in touch with you so that you can agree on collection day and time.
As soon as you let us know about the wrong products, we will send you the right ones, without having to wait until we receive the wrong ones, just so you can start enjoying your sustainable bags as soon as possible!
Of course, Bagmaya is independent from the courier provider, and therefore we are not responsible for any delays caused by external forces. Please also bear in mind that deliveries may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas.
And remember that you can leave delivery instructions to the driver when you place your order or change your delivery options by visiting DPD tracking page using the ‘Track’ link provided in your completed order confirmation email.
