Here at Bagmaya, we believe in high-quality from the very beginning of our manufacturing process until the product reaches your home. Because of that, we only use trustworthy shipping methods with tracking so that you can see where your products are at all times.

We currently ship worldwide with the following options and prices. Once you introduce your full address during checkout you will be able to see and select from the available shipping options for your address.

  • UK Standard 2-3 Days: Free
  • UK Next Day: £4
  • Europe, Ireland and the United States Standard 4-14 Days: £10
  • Europe, Ireland and the United States Express 2-4 Days: £24
  • Rest of the world Standard 8-16 Days: £16

Please note that some remote destinations like islands may be difficult to reach. Once you place your order we will check to ensure we can deliver to your specific address and let you know otherwise as soon as possible.

Also, please note that if you order from outside the UK, your country may charge you extra duty and VAT on arrival. The prices shown on our website do not include any duty or VAT charges that may be incurred in customs in your country. We recommend you check first with customs in your country so that you can understand better the total costs involved. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability regarding costs incurred in customs in your country. Also, please allow for extra time for delivery if you order from outside the UK, since customs may retain your parcels for an extra period of time which is out of our control.

Orders received Monday to Friday before 3pm will be shipped on the same day. Orders received on Saturdays before 12pm will also be shipped on the same day. Orders received Monday to Friday after 3pm, on Saturdays after 12pm or on Sundays will be shipped on the next working day.

Wrong products delivered

Regardless of how many control measures we put in place, we are all humans and sometimes we make mistakes (though we really try to minimise them). Although it’s very rare, this means that it may be possible that we send you the wrong products.

If you receive the wrong products, please do let us know by just replying to your order email or by emailing us at orders@bagmaya.com. Please provide us with your phone number so that we can make arrangements to collect the wrong products from your address. Our courier will be directly in touch with you so that you can agree on collection day and time.

As soon as you let us know about the wrong products, we will send you the right ones, without having to wait until we receive the wrong ones, just so you can start enjoying your sustainable bags as soon as possible!

Of course, Bagmaya is independent from the courier provider, and therefore we are not responsible for any delays caused by external forces. Please also bear in mind that deliveries may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas.
